When you send a request, we collect the phone number, name, email, company and project details you provide. Returning clients can use their phone number to send another project request.
How we use your information
We use these details to respond to enquiries, group requests under a client record, prepare quotes, manage projects, record payments and arrange maintenance. Requests with the same normalised phone number are grouped together. We confirm contact details before treating a request as an authorised instruction.
Storage and access
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Project and client records are stored in a Neon Postgres database in Singapore. Authorised administrators can access them through a protected workspace. Your project history and prices are not available through public phone-number searches.
Your choices
Contact us to request a correction or deletion of your information, or to discuss how long we need to retain project and transaction records. Please do not include passwords, payment-card numbers or other sensitive credentials in your project brief.
